Training Programmes

IR Assist has an extensive list of training program for organisations in workplace relations matters. We have conducted hundreds of training programmes around Australia including comprehensive programmes for larger organisations over several weeks to half day training courses for smaller organisations.

Courses are tailored to the anticipated skill and responsibility level of the participants and have the objective of significantly increasing the confidence, ability and enthusiasm of the participants to actively implement their newly acquired skills in the workplace.
