Contracts

In all circumstances you should have some form of written employment agreement with your employees. Should any incident occur in the workplace (dispute, unfair dismissal, underperformance, overpayment, recovery of company property etc) this document will be reviewed and form the basis of the agreement between the parties. It also assists to protect your rights as an employer.
