Policies & Procedures

Policies and procedures are the ‘rules’ of your business. They provide evidence of clear written employer direction which can be relied upon by you in the event of disciplinary action, misconduct, unfair dismissal and related claims which address the subject of the policy or procedure. You may also wish to have a more detailed HR Manual, incorporating policies, procedures, employer forms, check-lists, induction processes and related documentation to provide a one-stop shop for the business and its Managers to ensure accuracy and compliance. We provide professional and simple to use policies, procedures and manuals specific to your business.
