What does the service provide?

The IR Assist service is a complete IR/HR/OHS service for members consisting of:

• Provision of free:
  • IR Fact Sheets
  • IR Updates
  • Pay Rate sheets
  • Award Information
  • FAQ’s answers
• A responsive phone and email advice line service
• Industry and employer specific contracts of employment/Enterprise Agreements
• Employer specific Policies and procedures
• Representation on IR/HR& OHS related matters as required
• IR documentation

How do you use the Phone/Email advice line?

How do you use this webpage?

Simply click on the tabs on the right hand side of the screen to access the information described by the title of the tab. This is where your Industry specific information (such as your award and pay rate sheets) are contained. Open the tab and a brief description of what is on the page is provided in addition to PDF’s which you review and download should you wish.

Additionally, if you want to implement contracts of employment, policies and procedures, an Enterprise Agreement, a compliance pack (which covers off all bases for your business or arrange for a compliance review simply click on the relevant tab and a brief description of the relevant documentation will be provided in addition to a document requesting relevant information from you to enable us to complete any of the above documents for you.

What fees are involved?

All of the Fact sheets, IR Updates, FAQ’s, Award documents and Pay rate sheets are free.

All other documentation, representation, advice and consulting services are charged on a reduced fee basis as a result of your membership of the Association. Some work is charged on a reduced fixed fee basis – so you know exactly what something will cost before we do anything (such as contracts, policies, enterprise agreements, compliance reviews etc). Just contact us for a no obligation discussion to determine your requirements and any applicable fee.
